I need ideas on recruiting caregivers?

Pay them well
Check references
check criminal backround
offer bonuses
offer weeknd rotations

Good pay

Limited 'squishy' work

Great benefits (get really creative with benifits- free pizza on Thursdays, free car washes if they have to use their cars, memberships to places they would be interested in like gyms, etc.

A lot of caregivers seem to come from telemarketing backgrounds, so aim recruiting there.

Offer CNA certification on the job

Look for people with weird schedule needs- students, retirees, second-jobbers, etc.
