You and your patient decide according to need and your education and experience...Usually it consists of bathing, bed change (with or without pt. IN the bed.) Cleaning area and personal laundry feding and/or preparing meals,drug management ,companion, lieason to pts Dr and sometimes family . may includ walking dog feeding pets etc...Driving pt to medical visits .
