Careers in children's mental health? |
I would really like to help children with mental health issues. What are some careers other than child pych. that deal with kids? I work with teenagers with substance abuse issues. There are a lot of underlying mental health issues in this field and it's wonderful to be a part of their progress. I find it to be very rewarding. There are a lot of kids out there that need help. There are a lot of counseling agencies out there that do invidiual, group and family counseling. It's best to decide where your passion lies with children's mental health, and in the end, just follow your heart. |
