What are some careers in health information management in which medical terminology is needed?

I have to write a one page paper on careers in the health information management field in which medical terminology plays a critical role. It sounds easy, but I'm having trouble narrowing all the information down to one page. Can someone help me?

Careers requiring knowledge in medical terminology would include;Hospital medical records staff,Medical office assistants, school nurses or health assistants,Insurance company claims adjustors, human resources staff with any company offering health benefits to their employees, and the list goes on.

Well, I'm a consultant in implementing SAP technology for multi-national corporations. There are a number of large companies in the medical industries that use SAP and to understand their business (and, thus, implement a system to facilitate it and make it more efficient) you must understand their medical terminology.
Closer to what I think you mean, though, would be implementing / sustaining (supporting) the information systems at a hospital (or group of hospitals). These information systems, I hear, are often quite complex and relatively specific to the needs of each hospital as the information is (a) essential to saving lives and (b) confidential between client and patient.
Surely, in such a role at a hospital or other medical facility, one would be heavily demanded upon to know medical terminology.

Put the careers on one side and the med term on the other
