Fitness careers?

I like working out, going to the gym, eating right and I would like to help improve America's obesity problem. I would like to use those things to get myself into a new career. I have a Bachelor's and I'm willing to go back to school for more training. What are some of my options and what do they do, what kind of money is in it and how do I sign up?!! Thanks!

If you're interested in a career in fitness, here are a few websites you can check out. They have information on certification programs and different professional options: nsca-lift.org, nasm.org, acsm.org, ifpa (not sure if it's org or com). Basically, they are National Strength and Conditioning Association, National Academy of Sport Medicine, American College of Sport Medicine, and International Fitness Professionals Association. ACE (American Council of Exercise) may also be one you want to check out.

You could be a personal trainer or a nutritionist. How do you not know these options with a degree?

Physical therapy, nutrition, exercise science, health fitness instructor, exercise specialist, health education, health promotion, health admin., are some things. I'm in a exercise science program. It's probably a lot more careers than that you just have to search.
