What are the best career options in UK??

I AM A DENTIST FROM INDIA. I WANT TO CHANGE MY CAREER AS I CANT WORK AS A DENTIST IN UK. WHAT ARE THE BEST CAREER OPTIONS IN HEALTH CARE SECTOR? DO YOU KNOW ANY CAREERS IN PHARMACUITICAL COMPANIES?
HOW CAN I FIND SOME OTHER JOB TILL I QUALIFY? I AM ON SPOUSE VISA.
WHAT ARE THE OTHER NONSKILL WELL PAID JOBS LIKE RETAIL JOBS IN UK?

If you want a skilled job, the best way would be to go back to university - I'm currently doing an Access to Higher Education course which would be suitable for someone like yourself. It teaches skills such as Communications, Maths and Computing as well as 3 specialist subjects in a wide range of areas. This is the best way for a mature student to get to university as it will help you gain the skills and confidence to study at a UK university. I was working in the retail sector before i started the course, and even working my way up - i only managed a salary of about 拢14,000

If you do go for the exams you can get a job on the NHS where you may earn as much as 拢35000. Europe as a whole has become a pain in the *** for dentists, become a doctor instead...
