Questions for healthcare professions....?

I know this is probably the wrong forum to ask this... but can anyone give me any info on healthcare careers. I am so bored with my current job (6+ yr bank teller in Missour, make av 35,000 yr). I would consider making a transition w/in our company, but no other positions are currently available. I've been interested in healthcare for quite some time.
Can anyone tell me about careers in medical coding/billing, medical transcriptionist, ultrasound tech, or even just a career as a registered nurse?
Can you tell me the pros/cons of the job. Is it boring/stressful. Does school cost a lot? How are the hours? Salary? Would you pick your job if you had to do it all over again?
I appreciate all answers.

You can become a pharmacist or a pharmacy technican..They make good money! Thats what Im going to college for!

Hey

I have something that might work for you. It doesn鈥檛 require hundreds or thousands of dollars to start and it doesn鈥檛 require doing any parties or door-to-door sales. You can make your own schedule and work around your children鈥檚 activities.

I am an independent broker for AmeriPlan. AmeriPlan is the largest healthcare discount provider in the nation. We make money by marketing four types of healthcare plans to those who are either un-insured or under-insured. Our plans start as low as $19.95. We also make money by finding others interested in working from home and determining if they would be a good fit as an AmeriPlan broker. We receive free benefits, daily pay and free online training. All of this can be accomplished from your home ~ all you need is a computer and a phone. There is no telemarketing and no cold calling! This is not a J-O-B, but rather a business of your own! Make no mistake ~ this is not a 鈥淕et Rich Quick鈥?scheme; it takes real work but it will produce real results. We will train you and lead you every step of the way. We have thousands of testimonials from ordinary people just like you and me that have found great success with AmeriPlan.

You can visit my website at: http://www.iboplus.com/mmorales to check out the elite credentials of AmeriPlan and do some research of your own. If you would like to chat with me about exactly what you would be doing and how you would get paid, just click on "Contact Us" and I will give you a call. Or feel free to pick up the phone and give me a call ~ I have listed my phone number below. I would be happy to answer all of your questions and see if AmeriPlan would be a good fit for you.

Have a blessed day!
