Anyone have diabetes and cardiomyopathy?

I need information on how to exercise with my health conditions.

i don't have either one of those but am an EMT

For diabetes, just make sure you are well rested before you exercise and bring your meds and a piece of candy with you when you exercise. You should be able to do it normally but just might have to eat some sugar at the end.

Don't know about cardiomyopathy.

What I would do, and what is recommended on most exercise machines, is to contact your doctor and say "Hey Doc, I plan to go on a exercise program and do [x, y and z] Is this ok with my condition?"
