Which career of surgery is riskiest overall?

Which surgery career is the riskiest of all overall?

ex. Cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, etc.

Listing them out in order will be very appreciated!!

surgery ..
very risky...
for me.. all surgery will be really risky...
this is risky because if happened, surgeon might did sumthing wrong or surgeon may cut a structure that supposed not to be cut..
Surgeon must be very carefull while done the surgery..
if talking about carreer,, there will be many career in this medical field.. for example:~*

''Opthalmologist''
for extra info. opthal paper is the hardest paper to pass during medical course..
what opthalmologist do in surgery?
1. Simple Laser Eyes..
nowadays simple laser eyes is very simple.. n the opthalmologist can do it within 20minutes..
there is no pain n no bleeding.. only shoot of laser...
2. Normal operation
Operation due to the extra ocular muscles.
this is bit risky.. surgeon need to pull out the eye of the patient out from the case in the skull(optic fossa).. and the eye will be stay outside throughout the operation.. but relations on the eye with the nerve supply wont be a problem.. this operation usually done for squinted eyes.
3. Eye transplant
eye transplat is easy... the part to be transplant is the cornea..
this operation is simple because cornea is avascular(no blood supply)

''Cardiologist''
when heard of cardiac surgery... every one will thinking about by-pass surgery due to the blockage of the coronary arteries or thrombosis.. or defected septum of the heart..

1.By-pass surgery
Bypass surgery is the last resort to done for a patient with coronary arteries blockage.By-pass operation is making a new pathways or anatomoses in the coronary arteries..
So, a pathway need to be taken from lower limb (small sapheneuos vein) or lower limb (median cubital vein)
Then to reach the heart.. surgeon need to cut off the ribs cage of the patient.. yes.. cut the ribcage.. cutting the costal cartilages to reach the heart.. n i think this is very risky, because after operation done.. a bag of ice must placed on top of the patient chest to make it cold, reduced it haemorrage.

i think theres to many surgery n maybe impossible to me to listed it out..
but i think the most risky is neurologist...

Operating for rich people is the most risky, since if you do something wrong, they have the money to sue you.

You mean which takes the most expertise, knowledge, and talent?
Because they're all risky to someone who is not dedicated.
I would say Neurosurgery, followed by cardiac, and then followed by cosmetic surgery (gender reassignment, facial reconstruction, etc.).

i would say surgrey on another mans testicals

Neuro..Cardiac..thoracic..general..gyn..... urinary...opthomology..plastic.
I presume you mean risky for the pt?
After thoracic should be general ..it keeps abbreviating it.
