Need help for an acute care hospital professional hospital personnel?


Identify the perfessional hospital personel likely to be interacting with cardiac surgery or cancer patients. What mention is there of accrediting agencies that might have an impact on what gets docrumented? Describe the choronologhy of how users of medical records may interact with the patitent and document the medcial record.
Please need help with all these questions!

JCAHO is an ageny in USA and ISO I think works in europe.

chronolgy, ok first the nurses evaluate the patient and document, then the doctor examines the patients. In case of operative procedures, OR technicians do their evaluation and documentation, the doctor again documents the operative details. Nurses are documenting all this time. Nurses eventually evaluate again after the surgery.
