Does anybody know the effectiveness of repairing an ASD by cardiac catheterization compared to the more traditional open heart surgery? If it's just as effective (or more), why don't more surgeons opt the CC route over open heart? Don't give irrelevant explanations for the procedures that have nothing to do with the increased or decreased effectiveness. I already know how they are performed. Hi there |
