Just Sick Of It And There Is No Cure. Scared? |
Hearing your heartbeat in your head..no its not coming from my ears. Its outside my ears. I have always been aware of my heartbeat since i was a child..guess the way my body is designed but the last six months are so scarey and the doctor vascular specalist ent said there is nothing I can do about it.. unless i want to have surgery to find what the problem is. and that was dangerous. He saw no further reason to persue anything. No symptoms of anything wrong. blood pressure good and all was well except this.It seems to be when my ears are stopped up the most.. some days its almost bearable and doesn't really bother me but other days I can hear every burp, and sound my heart makes..it worries me although I have found there is nothing wrong with my heart. Its like a form of tinnitus..You have to live with it..I already have a cardiac neurosis to start with and being brought ear to head with it everyday just makes me ill..its causing me to have paranoia and worries me..What can I do ..anyone? I can't give you any specific help with this problem, but couldn't your doctor refer you to a therapist to help you with this unbearable problem. I hope you find the help you seek, this sounds horrible to me. Do something about your stopped-up ears? Sorry if the answer sucks; I've never heard of such a thing. Dude, I hear where your coming from (no pun intended). I had a heart valve replacement and they installed a mechanical valve. I hear the damn thing clicking all the time, some times worse than others. At first it drove me nuts. I've grown used to it. In fact, since I have a mechanical valve, I must take blood thinners (for life) to prevent clots from forming on it. I can tell if my blood is too thin or too thick on how well I can hear it, it's louder when my blood is thinner. If your Dr. says your fine and a second opinion Dr. says the same thing maybe your hearing is just too good. Have you had a Cardio M.R.I.? It's expensive but better than getting sliced open, believe me that would be the last option I would take. |
