Does anyone knows what is enlarged cardiac silheoutte?

I would like to know what kind of possibilities of disease and how serious would that be?
Life threatening?

The x-ray exam was: enlarged cardiac silheoutte with mild hyperexpansion of the lungs
The CT exam was: mosaic attenuation pattern

I would like to read your opinion and what you know about. please do not give me websites to look (they are not quite clear)
thank you

Heart is enlarged along with the lungs. The CT results has to do with the lungs. This disease has to do with the lungs not getting enough blood (small Vessel disease) or air exchange, similar to COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). It's serious, can be treated. Biggest symptom is shortness of breath.
