What is meant by 'epilepitiform activity found in ECG report' ?

it is about cardiac disease

I'm pretty sure that's what that means...it sounds like a seizure was registered on an ECG (aka EKG) report. An ECG/EKG is a machine that records your heart activity...the ones you see in movies and on tv that beep and when a person dies a straigt line comes across the monitor. An ECG/EKG report is the printed out version of what happened on the screen.

epileptiform according to encarta means epilepsy. Maybe your heart is having seizures?
