MIssionary position is exhausting! Need exercises to improve endurance. Any suggestions?


I'm doing stationary bike at gym, leg presses, compound rows, preacher curls, and seated arm press (upright bench press). Probably need Viagra, but still need to improve missionary position strength and endurance (I'm winded in 2 minutes)!

There ARE other positions. And there are other things to do to pleasure one another as well.

You're right about one thing, though. If this is your regular workout and you're getting winded that quickly, you should see your GP and sooner rather than later. Performance problems of any type or extent can be an early sign of many types of illness, and the sooner they are identified and managed. the better off you will be. Call your doctor's office first thing Monday morning and make that appointment.

why don't you swap positions if its exhausting let her do some work, i love been on top.
just do it more and when you get tired roll her over, take turns, sex is good excerise

I would under no circumstances take Viagra, as the drawbacks greatly exceed the benefits. Your shortness of breath could be realted to GERD (gastro esophagal reflux disease). I would focus on exercises that are directly related to the kinesiological movements of the sex act, i.e., bench presses, squats, etc,. as well as running to build endurance. Mention to your doctor that you may have GERD as they often need to be prompted.

You don't mention your age and with the exception of the bike the exercises you are doing will not improve your aerobic capacity.
