Chest pains?

I was diganoisd with graves disease last month,my heart has been in a-fib the entire time and has not converted to nsr. A couple of weeks ago I started to have chest pains, went to the er, was admitt'd to the Cardiac unit, and a couple days later the pains stopped and the tests ran really didnt show anything out of the ordinary. Last week I had chest pains again, went to the er, and the dr said that due to my meds ects. this could be cause me to have the pains, which have been short, kinda blows to my chest pain. Was was released from the er. Last nite i started having the pains again & over nite it has progress's into a steady pain like someone is sitting on my chest and im now little problems breathing, am i paranoid cause of the a-fib or should i go to the er?

You are relying on the "quote-unquote" "expertise of unqualified interns that work in a "HOSPITAL" that posess absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE whatsoever (nor would they care) of serious and life-threatening health issues other than what they learned in a book, and most likely only passed a few tests to become the caregiver of you, nor could they give a crap, because you got passed-along as so many do, who have passed on since this conversation.
If you do not get to an extremely expensive cardiologist, you will very possibly die before you ever get back to Yahoo Answers. You DO THIS!!! Call the cops if you have to.
The E.R. is run by a triage unit consisting of on the outside 3 nurses, and possibly 2 student interns, a couple of CNAs to wipe your poop, and that floor nurse who couldn't hear your cries if your room was on fire, and they may or may not make themselves availlable to you, whether you are dying or not. For the most part, you are playing "CHICKEN" with your own life, and it is not a funny game. These are people who posess no conception nor concern whatsoever of anything other than a paycheck, and the grabass that goes on there is nothing more than a festival of little kids out of the house and into "Beer-School".
You will die in a hospital because nobody cares for anything other than their pay and the chicks who will lay them on the weekend, and if you don't listen to me, GOOD LUCK to you.
Been there, worked there. Quit there. I was outnumbered.
You get a doctor NOW! They tell you to go to the E.R., you call a lawyer.
Try to live. The hospital is the worst place to do it.

Nad

you have serious health problems and need the opinion of seriously qualified medical staff. go to the ER until thy find and answer why you are hurting

I would go to the ER right now, no matter what they say and, maybe see another cardiologist, not the ER people. Ask them to see one.

I have this also. My outer vessels shut down from temperature changes, stress, etc. I have a aorta valve that leaks, it doesn't help. It bypass's the blood and it's a cycle. A heart attack can and will follow, I have had them.

I am on Tenormin to slow my heart beat to 60 over 120 and I take one aspirin a day. This keep my heart quiet but, it makes me tired.
I did have a major heart attack over this, they had a time bringing me back.
