How to bring to media that i am refused medical aid worldwide - dying of heart and kidney disease?

my cardiologist advised me, with a witness present, that my cardiac issues had increased, worsening heart, abnormalities on all his tests He then denied this in my records and for five years I have escalating heart issues. All ambulance attendants and private medics tell me of serious cardiac conerns. Always denied at hospitals and by all doctors.
Denied three times at U.S. Hospitals - John Hopkins - Baltimore asked me for identifiecation and discharged me with no explanation I have never been charged for the visit or the tests
Cleveland Heart Hospital Nov 15, 2005 told me of Acute Ischaemic Heart, Acute pectoris heart and Acute Angina - then discharged me - three doctors tearfully apologized as i was leaving Cleveland will not answer my phone calls or letters to them Will not give itemized bill or copies of tests.
Used alias twice in Toronto -have hand written note - URGENT CARDIAC PATIENT - OTHER - GET TO EMERGENCY HEART. LUNG AND ESOPHAGUS ISSUES STILL REFUS
