How cardiac arrest attacks on human body all of a sudden?

Several factors may take part when a person suddenly has a heart attack ( Myocardial Infarction). Such people do not get any of the warning signs of a heart attack. Their genetic make-up, weight, undiagnosed Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stress(more than the usual), diet, lack of exercise, and sometimes, it just happens. It is believed that a blood clot travels from somewhere in the body and when it reaches the heart, instant heart attack . Not everyone will get the same exact symptoms of a heart attack. Some symptoms are so minor that they are ignored. But, with most heart attacks, people will get symptoms that are indicative of a heart attack. There is another exception, for some reason, women who have had heart attacks, have symptoms that are overlooked because they are not the characteristic symptoms. I hope that this helps.

it depends. You could have a blocked valve. Some blood supply loss somewhere. Plaque build up. It can be major or minor, acute or chronic.

because when your heart stops your blood circulation stops,
and with no circulation going to your arms, legs, head, torso, and brain your cells cant go to the right places to bring the nutrition to areas and especialy your head and without nutrition going to your head & brain your brain cant opperate on your body, breathing, seeing, smelling and stuff. and after a while your brain completly stops and you die. : )
