Cardiac Arrest question?

I just descoverd what this is and im freaked out about it im shaking umm my question is can u reduce ur chance of haven this and if so how

Well, you could start by calming down. Look, cardiac arrest is usually preceded by some type of health issue. The chances of your heart stopping on its own for no reason is almost impossible. So relax and don't think about it. The fear you experience is of dying. Do you know that when you die you can go to heaven to live with Jesus? Accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and you'll never worry about dying again.

Of course. A healthy diet and exercise, regular physical exams...........

Reduce your chances of all cardiac problems by eating right, exercising, not smoking, or doing drugs.

It happens more frequently among people who cannot spell.
