When a person suffered a cardiac arrest, injection of sodium bicarbonate is given. why is it necessary to do?

Le chatelier's principle could help answer this question

yes Le chatelier's principle could help you, there is increase in acidity of the body due to accumulation of metabolites in the blood ( the heart is not working properly so the wastes of the cells specially acids do accumulates) so sodium bicarbonate is given to make the equilibrium
+H + H2CO3 ---------> H2O + CO2
the water gets out by kidneys or throught respiration and CO2 gets out through respiration!

yes.in fact it is a must especially if the CPR took along time.
it is because cells hunger for oxygen,so their metabolism becomes anaerobic, thus resulting in the production of acids in blood stream like aceto-acetic acid and beta-hydroxy buteric acid,and more.
the accumulation of all these acids lead to what's called: metabolic acidosis,and to treat this case you have to adminster sodium bicarb. to the patient.

Good answers above. Just to add, the addition of sodium bicarb during ACLS implies a prolonged code and a pH of at least below 7.2. Many patients go down to below 7.0. Such a low pH is usually a bad prognostic sign and many of these patients dont make it.

usually its the last thing it could be given xx if they give it,its because of acidosis metabolica xx
