What can be done immediately if someone gets cardiac arrest or heart attack, and there is no medical help near

Well if someone has had cardiac arrest or a heart attack they SHOULD be seeking medical help/advice ASAP that isn't something to fool around with, it can take someones life if left untreated.

give them a bayers asprin.

give them an asprin, and if they stop breathing, CPR

Be ready to start CPR, and call an ambulance. Give them an aspirin if they are still conscious.

Call 911 and start CPR

Ensure that your assumption is correct that the patient is having heart attact.

Call 911

Sit him upright, support from the back with pillows, fold the leg up to the chest.

Give aspirin to the patient if available. Give also nitrates (spray or tabs under the tongue) if the patient appears stable, i.e. consciousness is not deteriorating.

Be prepared for CPR and pray while waiting for ambulance

* Be cool don't panic, at least try not to be
