Does anyone know the survival rate of adrenal carcinoma?

someone i know has adrenal carcinoma affecting his digestive tract. they removed the tumor and he's going through 3 types of chemo.

Attitude is EVERYTHING. Chances are 100% survival rate- IF you don't accept any other odds.
My odds were"20 - 80%" I picked the 80% and I was right. This was 30+ years ago when there were no long term survivors.
If he has a survivor mentality there's no telling what he can do.

The 5 year survival rate is somewhere between 20-40%, depending on lots of factors (like if there are any metastases, general health, and so on.)

Adrenal carcinoma is cancer of the adrenal glands, which are located on the kidneys. It's a rare cancer, with a bad prognosis.

As with any cancer, prognosis depends a lot on the overall health of the patient and the "staging" (degree of spreading) of the tumor.
The concern is always, had the cancer spread to other areas before it was removed.
