How long a peson who has adenom carcinoma stage 3 will live?

How long a peson who has adenom carcinoma stage 3 will live concidering that he has already Metastasis in his brain?

If there is a metastatic tumor in the brain, then I believe it is actually stage 4. The prognosis for stage 4 is understandably worse than for the other stages, but even so, some people do survive long term. No one can say for sure how long a person will live, and it depends partly on the type of cancer it is (adenocarcinoma of what?), how aggressive the particular tumor is, how it responds to treatment, how healthy the person is otherwise, and a lot of other details that only the person's doctor would know. You may want to look into what nonmedical things can be done to improve survival, such as diet, prayer, and support groups (these would be in addition to medical treatments, not as a replacement for them). I hope the person's doctor will be able to answer this question a little more precisely, and I hope the person receives the best care possible.

Not a good prognosis.
Make sure, the person has all his affairs, sorted out.
Depending, on that person, very short term.
My friend, died six weeks later, after confirmation of the news.
