How to manage rectal poly in 6 year old child showing poorly diferencited carcinoma?

rectal polyp with carcinoma

The child should be treated by a pediatric oncologist, pediatric team, in a children's hospital.
They are your best guide through the cancer maze as your question is vague. Your doctor should be able to give you advice and various treatment options on what steps to take.

Good luck.
