Is dying from either carbon monoxide poisoning or from overdose painful in any way???

im just curious. I AM NOT. I AM NOT CONSIDERING IT!

It isn't painful. You slowly drift asleep and never wake up again. We know this because it can happen accidentally. If it was painful people would run away to safety. And people who survive will just remember feeling drowsy.

If you do wake up after somebody finds you in time you may be suffering from terrible brain damage by then.

Its extremely painful.

Overdosing from pills is very painful as is carbon-monoxide poisoning which restricts oxygen levels in the bloodstream causing your arteries to thin and what not.

I think if you didn't die the brain damage would really suck.

doesnt seem like it is, seems as if you just go to sleep and thats it. however, no one has ever survived DYING this way, so who knows for sure.

Supposedly you just go to sleep. It happened to a Nazi too, however he lived and this accident inspired the CM gas poisioning methods for the jews. And he did survive. Otto Neighbor (wrong spell) but that's how it sounds.

od-extreme sickness and mental confusion I would immagine -scary- and carbon monoxide-extreme illness and massive head ache-+ oxygen deprivation which is scary and confusion which is scary from lack of oxygen. Just guessing based on my knowledge but I'm not dead from it so this is my best guess.
