Concerning diabetes...does carbohydrates good or bad for diabetic? Okay... Can some one (proffissional) give list of food which contain carbohydrates? Carbohydrates are not bad for anyone - including diabetics. The food we eat gets converted to carbohydrates during digestion. If a person has diabetes, it is best to limit the number of "simple carbohydrates" eaten with each meal. Thanks! It really helped me in my project... Very bad. try to avoid carbohydrate, especially the simple carbohydrate which is the bad one. For example, white bread, potatoes, cake, etc... They are bad for diabetics. Try to avoid them, especially simple ones. Your body breaks down carbs and turns then into sugars. Don't you think this is bad? Carbs can be OK for a diabetic, you just need to eat "good carbs". Those are ones that have a lower glycemic index. YOu can find several books on this these days. Lower glycemic index carbs don't spike your blood sugar like refined carbs & keep you fuller longer...ie high fiber grains & cereals. Carbohydrates are restricted for diabetics.....BAD ok im a diabetic there not bad unless you have to much. your blood sugars should be around 95-105 for the average person without diabetes. |
