Carbohydrates?

For a type 2 diabetic, what's the maximum daily carbohydrate intake?

The amount of carboyhydrates your body needs on a daily basis is largely dependant on your unique individualized body chemistry. Talk to your doctor or a registered dietician / nutritionist to help you construct a meal plan that works to meet your specific needs.

Good luck and best wishes...

About 50 grams, I would think.
It all depends on where you are in your journey. Under 20 grams is good for losing weight, and trying to not have to take any medication.
50 grams is pretty good.

Hi.
It depends on the body condition.it can be even 55% of daily energy intake, but complex carbohydrates are better to use

I am on INSULIN, & take 3 chapatis a day, plus an occassional Samosa, or a Biscuit.
