Dieting- Carbohydrates?

im looking to lose a bit of weight before i go on holiday at the end of july...
i eat loads of carbohydrates....does this make m put on weight?
and can anyone recommend a carbohydrate free brekfast?
- but a filling one because i feel sick if im left hungry in the moring and dont like to snack between brekfast and lunch.

Thanks!

Like everything (just about) moderation is good. Starting a low carb diet is a pretty quick way to lose, but it triggers a change in the way your body processes food. It's a diet that requires long term commitment. And don't forget, when you change your diet in most cases you may experience stomach pain, gas, diarrhea, nausea and even experience mood changes. None of which I would want to be going through on holiday.
