Is a diet with out carbohydrates , a good diet??
I know some people that have done this with good results but does it has a secondary effect?? Does any one know or have done this diet?? Advices please would like to know more if it works or not!! THANKS in advence :)

the idea to not eating carbs is to not eat LARGE amounts of carbs. you cannot possibly eat ZERO.

stay under 20-100 carbs per day and i guarantee you will lose weight and feel better.

Once you stop eating LARGE amounts carbs, your body will burn stored fat for energy, instead of carbs since you arent eating as many.

You need carns in your diet. Carbs process glycogen so they can be stored in muscles. This is what gives you energy. To have good diet, cut carbs in half.

tuna chunks- 35 gms protein per can, omega 3 fats, and less than 2gm of carbs!....the healthiest food know to mankind...good luck

Carbohydrates are the main source of the bodies energy, they are needed in order to perform daily tasks, and more inportantly, keep the body functioning properly. Carbs cause help water get into the cell, which helps give it energy and keep it respiring -breathing- properly. Without this, there will be little energy -that got from proteins, fats- and you will find that your body will enter a catabolic state -breaking down- as energy is needed in order to keep cells, and if theres not enough, the body sheds them. This is true for both fat and muscle cells. The important thing is to get a balance, for losing weight -fat mostly- you have to consume enough carbs to maintain the muscle cells and keep the body performing properly, but also not anymore than this to prevent fat being stored, and keep it from shedding.

you need carbs for energy but if u cut them in half it will show
my uncle lost 100 pounds in 8 months i believe it was on a low carb diet he basically cut how much carbs his body type was supposed to have in half
best of luck
