Good source of carbohydrates? |
Which meals are good sources of carbohydrates. I am playing rugby tomorow and I have been told to eat plenty of carbohydrates. Pasta...bread...sugar is a fast burning carb (metabolises within six hours) normal carbs metaboliese within 12.....so eat pasta, bread potatoes 12 hours before game and more sugars 4-6 hours b4 game....but remember that carbs give you energy and if you constantly eat too many and dont burn off that excess energy...you get FAT!!!
