Best Carbohydrates to build muscle?

I'm new at weight lifting, Ive already picked out my own. What other good carbohydrates are there for building muscle besides the ones ive picked out already?

-Penut butter sandwiches "all wheet bread"
-Rasin's, Celery, Penut Butter "ants on a log"
-Grade A Viatamin D Milk
-Cottage Cheese
-Bananna's
-Red Potatoes
-Oatmeal
-Eggs

Yeah, I just now lost a bunch of weight "fat weight"
About 50 ibs. Now that im skinny I need to start building muscle. This time putting on the right type of weight "muscle weight"
But I don't want to mess up and end up putting the fat back on. As long as im working my muscles and eating GOOD carbs I should be good. As for protien I already eat tons of that. I mean I already over do it with protien so no worries.

Heres a good list of BB food off the top of my head:
make sure it is EFA/all natural peanut butter(organic)
fat free cottage cheese, plain potatos, steamed veggies, whole oats, flax seed waffles (frozen), chicken breast, bison ground or steaks, very lean beef cuts(top or bottom round) whole wheat or whole Grain* bread (even better) try finding 12 grain if you can
eggs but not whole eggs, you want to eat the whites... this is where the protein is found, but not the fat. fruits offer good complex carbohydrates, but you really want to hit up that protein.... for lifting i would say 1gram/lb of body mass....
maybe hit up a nitro product, and some creatine along with whey isolate if you are not already. Eat more frequently too, and try to target your calories around 3500 or so if you can. 6 to 8 meals a day.

carbs help support ATP function in cells, but protein synthesis is impossible without protein. anyhow, for lifting CARBS ARE NOT IMPORTANT like they are for running or aerobic exercise....go read a book.

GET BIG OR GO HOME! lol

pasta

the top things is the best in that group the others not so good. pastas are the best.

Pasta? No!

Carbs dont build Muscle, Your way off, Carbs give you energy and can be a delivery system for Protein

To build muscle you need to exercise. Muscle uses more carbs than fat to maintain. So the more muscle you have the more you can eat. All food is turned to energy (sugar) for the body to use. So eat a balanced diet and exercise. Try to get your carbs from complex sources like vegetables like peas, carrots, salads and NOT starchy ones like potatoes, corn and beets and sweet drinks.
