If i stop eating carbohydrates, sugar and dinner, will i lose weight? How fast? Will it be durable? I know it probably wont be healthy but please answer the questions. 10 points for best answer.

No, you won't and it won't be. You will either eat more at times other than dinner, or you will succeed in slowing down your metabolism (because your body will think that you are starving and will try to conserve fat.) If you try it, you will lose some water weight originally, but it will come back as you drink water.

Cutting out empty sugar calories IS a healthy move, however. For example, drink milk with meals, not soda. Eat a piece of fruit for dessert, or with breakfast, not baked goods or sweets. Eat a few nuts and/or a filling vegetable (carrots, raw peppers, apple) instead of a sweet snack.

Don't eat in front of the TV. Sit down for your meals, eat slowly and paying attention to how delicious each taste is.
