If i stop eating carbohydrates, sugar and dinner, will i lose weight? How fast? Will it be durable? I know it probably wont be healthy but please answer the questions. 10 points for best answer. No, you won't and it won't be. You will either eat more at times other than dinner, or you will succeed in slowing down your metabolism (because your body will think that you are starving and will try to conserve fat.) If you try it, you will lose some water weight originally, but it will come back as you drink water. |
