Two questions. How do I get more Complex Carbohydrates and protein?


This may seem kinda complicated, but I looking for simple products for protein, and maybe a more broad range of products for Complex carbohydrates.

As for protein keep finding things that are too wild like Crabmeat, Sole/flounder Fish, Leg of Lamb, etc. I honestly just want to know about some very simple and effective ideas for protein because I cant really cook all that well, with something simple I can manage though. Also around where I live I wont be able to find any of that difficult stuff anyway.

The second question I had is what are some foods that contain Complex Carbohydrate sources, I wouldnt mind some simple sources but difficult sources are cool too I guess.

You are almost certainly getting enough protein.

Protein : Milk, EAS 100% Whey is the stuff.

Complex Carbs : im not sure on that...google is your friend
