I'm taking a medical exam and not allowed to have any carbohydrates or dairy products for 24 hours. can someone help? Any meat with no sauce...spices are okay. Water, diet soda, crystal light. Vegetables have some carbs, but not many. There are lots of carbohydrate counter sites out there, here's one: i'm thinking water. Yah, water is your best guess. well shoot you got me there.......protein, in other words meat...tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower.......no beans, rice, potatoes, grains etc........no fruit either really. http://www.ourcivilisation.com/fat/appb.... Fish, Beef, Chicken, Veal, any animal except Pork. And then there is water. okay, I am 12 years old and my mom put me on the Adkins Diet and it works very well. Start off with weighing yourself, then write it down, and then start counting CARBS! not calories. Stay under 22 grams of carbs. Not to much exercise but it would help weight loss.
