Are french fries high in Carbohydrates and low in Protein? |
I have Hepatitis. its not A,B or C. my doctor put me on a "High Carbohydrate Diet" . and i was wondering if im allowed 2 eat french fries. im getting my energy back but i still feel nauseous sometimes. yes...if you have hepatitis then you should be following a healthy diet not consuming high calorie junk food. french fry's from fast food restaurants have nothing but a negative effect on the overall health. They are high in carbs and fat. Low in protein. Eating a baked potato without butter, sour cream or cheese would be better. yes yes thats exacly what it is |
