Im gettin into bodybuilding and have got a fairly good eating/nutrition plan, Im just looking for a change in the carbohydrate side of the diet. Apart from baked potatoes,new potatoes and pasta what other alternatives are there? Our daily carbohydrate intake is essential as they are the main fuel for all muscular movement.
