Positive and Negative Effects of 100% Carbohydrates?


What are the positive and negative effects of 100% carbohydrate food ?

Your blood sugar goes up and down like a roller coaster. You are hungry all the time. Your pancreas is overworked and overproducing insulin trying to deal with the onslaughts of sugar to handle, and will eventually get exhausted. This is called Syndrome X and is a precursor to diabetes.
