When on a low carbohydrate diet,what amount of carbohydrates should be taken per day for weight loss?

If you keep your Carbs at 20 a day, your body will start to burn its own fat. Just be sure to take vitamin supplements, and keep your protien up. Drink plenty of water as well. If you don't drink 8 glasses of water a day, you will not loose much weight.
I recommend your purchase the Adkins Diet book. He explains the concept involved in healthy weight loss. I have used his diet to loose weight. The most amazing aspect of the diet I noticed was the huge increase in energy and the feeling of well being I exsperienced.
