Cleaning out the system, drug test (cannabis)?


First off, im a medical user of cannais so please no Ignorant comments on how im a druggie and should not be. I am working in the medical field and being tested, even if I test positive I can explain but I would like to test neg just cause some people don't view the medical side of it cause it is in the early stages of it.

Test is in 10 days, I stopped smoking cannabis on tuesday and started my regimen, which includes but first ill give you my history of usage and my body stats.

Ive been using cannabis for 4 months daily in the evening smoking about a eighth every 2 weeks, I don't have much body fat, I am male 5'11 weighing 190lbs but I look slim, it is my build and I can say im over 15-20lbs of my target weight with very minimal fat then.

For the next 10 days, I changed my diet to a low fat diet and drinking mainly water, and gatorade. I exerise 4 times a day at 30 min seasions on a Elliptical machine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elliptical_...

I work out hard

sweating a lot during each 30mins, the machine stats say that im burning 60 grams of fat, 200 cal and running very close to one mile.

I started taking ripfuel during my workouts to burn fat even quicker but any suggestions on possible vitamins to take as well and is what im even doing helping at all or not.

Don't know about the marijuana, but if you're using it for legitimate madical reasons why are you worried about a drug test?

The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn.

To lose weight, experts agree you need to exercise for at least 30 minutes at 60%-70% of your Max Heart Rate (MHR). A simple way to calculate MHR is 220 minus your age. Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. On the other hand, if you don't wake up ravenous, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed. Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Become familiar with websites like http://chubbyloser.com that contain good information on what to eat, including supplements.

Don't consume alcohol鈥攁lcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation鈥擨鈥檓 not debating that鈥攂ut we鈥檙e talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.

Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn鈥檛 almost clear, you need to drink more water.

In case you didnt know, the component used for medical purposes is THC. This comes in pill-form. 90% of the places that allow THC as a treatment do not allow smoking of marijuana for it.

The only way to get it out of your system is wait. It generally takes 30 days.

GNC has a drink that will "flush toxins from your system". I know two people who swear by it.

try an herbal supplement called DETOXIFY. I am over 300lbs and this has worked several times for me. plenty of water and this suppliment the day of the test will do you fine. It really works and I am speaking from personal experience.

It takes about 2 weeks for cannabis to clear your system (urine test) however it is detectable in the nape hair long after that.
