Canker sore or herpes? |
me and my boyfriend were messing around and the very next day he woke up with a sore that he thinks is a canker sore but could it be herpes we have NEVER messed around with any other people its just been us two. also he cant remember if its been there since before we messed around or after we did but i heard that it doesnt just pop up that fast or could it also be something else.. its like a pimple size inside his mouth whiteish reddish answers please thankyou im so worried If it is inside his mouth it is not herpes (cold sore). Herpes Simplex or type 1 herpes is very common and very contagious. Anybody can get this, even people who are not sexually involved. I remebered having a canker sore on my lip when I was about 8 years old. I also have gotten those sores inside my mouth. From what I hear it could be certain foods-especially if the food has a lot of acid in it. just bite it off! Dont worry it is just a canker sore....they are quite common and can be because he ate something with a lot of acid in it like tomatoes or oranges or just bite his lip or something....nothing to worry about. they will go away in a few days, tell him to gargle with salt water or use a good mouth wash and it will help it from not coming back. cankors are in the INSIDE of his mouth. |
