Canker sore or what?

i have this little sore in my mouth and i think its a canker sore. but i also noticed that it just looks like i bit the inside of my mouth. thats what it looks like. but either way its sorta painful. how to get rid of this??

Gargle with warm salt water 3 times a day

if its white its a canker sore
if its red you may have either bitten your lip or have a cold sore.
