Canker Sore, plz help!? |
Well I have about a inch long canker sore on the top of my mouth. I can't take it any more. I need help ASAP. I am on orajel but its not working, help me! I tryied that but it didn't burn, what else? I've never heard of an inch long canker sore, you must go to the dentist, this is obviously something else that could be very serious. If you've have this sore for more than 2 weeks, it could be something serious, even cancerous. Please, make sure you get to the dentist before its too late. If it's an infection or something else, he can prescribe you antibiotics and painkillers. well what u can do is get a glass of warm water and put salt in it and swish it around ur mouth and then spit it out it always works!! :) I think you need to go to a doctor. They can prescribe stronger medication that you cannot buy over the counter. My husband did this and the medication works wonders. Sorry but I do not no the name of it. I dunno, but ask your doctor about it. He may have an good idea for some helpful remedy. Be sure it's a canker sore and not a cold sore (caused by herpes) otherwise it my just be healed in 1-3 weeks with proper oral hygiene. good luck! |
