Exercised for a week.but help? |
umm,i exercised for a week already, running on the treadmill at 5 miles/hour for fifteen minutes each day. for my diet i ate alots of vegetables than i normally eat and a serving of fish each day. also, i dont eat junk food and eat fruits for desert like grapes,sugar canes, and oranges. but while exercising, i drink half a bottle of vitamin water. will that cause my sugar level go up like soda. *i dont drink soda,havent drink soda for months.only drank water... Good work! |
