I was soppose to eat healthy today, how did i do?


I diced onion and tomatoes, then I got 3 eggs and took the egg yolks out. i scammled it in very little olive oil. i ate it with a corn torilla and a jalapeno pepper. i also ate half of a grapefruit and 2 candy canes. Not mixed bt at different times.

it was lunch because i didnt eat breakfast

thats very good in its own right, but the healthiest way to go is to eat small meals throughout the day. if you skip meals your metabolism slows waaaaaaaay down and your body goes into a fat storage/starvation mode and then when you eat later instead of burning up the fuel it is more likely to be stored as fat, no matter how healthy it is. keep eating healthy but eat several small meals throughout the day. this will keep your metabolism revved up to burn fat and calories instead of hang onto them.

You could've substituted the corn tortilla with a wheat tortilla. How big was the tortilla. I hope it was only 6 inches.
