Did I eat way too much?


This is what I ate today. Is it a lot? I think so..

- 4 bowls of cheerios (plain) with lowfat milk. Medium sized bowls. I added brown sugar to each one.
- 2 candy canes
- a small whole grain bagel with lowfat cream cheese
- a tootsie roll pop
- 1/2 apple
- 130 cals of crackers
- 80 cals of hummus
- rice crackers with 3 tbs peanut butter and some jelly
- popcorn (light butter)
- plain nonfat yogurt - 80 cals

I m 5'4", 18 yrs old, and 107 lbs.
Exercise today was 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer and a 1 hr power yoga class.

Ugh! I I wish I didn't eat so much...>!

i dont think its looks like to much food. but maybe cut out 3 bowls of cheerios.

I dont think you ate enough. why are you calorie counting? youre already underweight, by quite a bit actually! I'm concerned for your health. 1 hour and 45 min workout, and you weight 107? thats too thin. you should weight about 120 or more! stop working out, and start eating some pizza hut!
