Do I overeat?


Well, today I feel gross. Tell me if this is considered overeating..?
Only exercise was an hour athletic yoga class.

1 whole grain bagel with light cream cheese
apple
2 small bowls cereal
1 big bowl of cereal with nonfat yogurt
3/4 cup brown rice with a couple brussel sprouts
apple
3/4 a whole grain bagel with hummus
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 candy canes

On the first hand, you are getting almost zero protein and tons of carbohydrates. All those carbs need to be burned off hunny!

On the other hand, it is hard to know without knowing your body size and metabolism.

From this information all I can say is if you are eating a meal, and you feel full, you have overeaten. When you eat, you must stop after you are satisfied, or no longer hungry.
And eat more protein! Maybe you are vegetarian, but seriously, peanut butter should not be your main source of protein.

For the whole day?
No that is not over eating. Healthy choises too, your fine.

All in one sitting yes.
In one day, no.

if you spread it throughout the day you probably didn't overeat, but if it was one sitting i would say you did

no u ate fine, but sometimes we all feel like that!

nope that's definetly not overeating (im sure u meant that was the whole day though, not one sitting, lol) If u feel like that's too much take out some of the carbs and add more vegetables and protein. :)
