I've almost only eaten chocolate over the past week? What's gonna happen to my body?


Ehhh, so I was on this really low calorie diet for awhile, lost like 13 pounds, and now I've been pigging out on chocolate...

Like 5 or 6 Russel Stover candies per day... a Reeses Peanut Butter Tree yesterday.. half of one today... Cookies...

and I don't eat much else...

So, am I going to gain tons of weight? Is my body really screwed up right now?

There was like nothing else to eat... well there were things, but I didn't want them...
and we ended up getting a freakish amount of candy as presents for Christmas... so that's why I have so much of it around the house...

On top of that, I've been eating tons of Sweettart and Gobbstopper candy canes...


What's gonna happen to me? Could I become diabetic?
Am I going to get really fat?
Ick... I don't want anymore chocolate.

Yeah if that's honestly ALL you've been eating and you CONTINUE to eat only that, you can suffer from malnutrition. But if you stop, no, nothing will happen as long as you keep your diet healthy. Might have gained a few pounds though.

Chocolate is high in antioxidants and has some caffeine. You'll probably experience a sugar high. Wouldn't you lose some weight if you aren't eating healthy?? Maybe.
