Doctors,help me!? |
I'm having recurrent candidiasis, i have diabetes, can you prescribe me some medications for my diabetes and candidiasis. anybody who knows can help. Hi Sandy How many doctors do you actually think are logged on here? If you have reoccurring candidas you might want to start taking daily, extra strength acidophilus tablets, as directed on label, which helps fight candida infection. If you have chronic persistent candida infections, consult your doctor. This may be a sign of an underlying illness from your diabetes. Good Luck! Candidiasis is a common vaginal yeast organism, present in every woman. It becomes opportunistic when your blood sugar changes. Thus, firstly monitor your blood sugar closely. Women on the BC pill also have problems with this fungus, it usually flares up at the end of the menstral cycle..... The most effective treatment is Monistat 7, a vaginal fungicide nightly. (follow directions on the box.) It is available over the counter. Check with your Pharmicist for other products as well. Some come in a cream form, others an oval tab. Visit their website at : www. monistat.com |
