Can testicular cancer victims still have children?

I have met a new fella and he states that he cannot have children becasuse he had testicular cancer a few years back and has had a teste removed. is it true he can't have kids, because I read that usually there is no problem after the cancer is removed?

I had one removed due to cancer, and now have 2 great kids (conceived after radiation was all done and doctor said it's safe).

If he is trying to tell you that in order to have unprotected sex, dump him. He's either lying or an idiot. If he's been through the experience, he would know that with one left you can of course still have kids. Having two is just a sort of "evolutionary insurance policy."

He could be telling the truth. I had to have one testes removed but before they did, they tested the other. Fortunately it was in working condition. Others may not be so lucky.

lno. bec he's testes was removed. testes is an organ where it will prduce sperm. once it was removed, he cannot produce a sperm anymore..

You can still have kids if the one left is good.Alot of times, sperm banking is necessary before treatments.

It depends. If both of his testes are removed, then, the only way he can have children will be trough IVF or IUI. Sometimes, chemotheraphy will cause someone to be infertile too.
