My dad has cancer(benign) and had a kidney removed. Can it cause paralysis?

He has been talking of tingling in various parts of the body. Is this a starting symptoms for paralysis? If so, are there any preventive measures he can take to mitigate it?

Thanks.

I dont know how long ago your dad had his kidney out, But mine was removed almost 4 yrs ago due to cancer and I had the same problem for a little over a year and a half and it is the nerves growing back together and sending waves to other parts of the nerves and sometimes I lost some feelings up to 5 minutes and times I felt like someone had planted a wasp nest inside of me. But it is something he needs to take up with his DR I can only speak from what I went through, I wish you all the best and my heart goes out to you and your family. But Remember no matter what he is a survivour....

Cancer cannot be benign?????? cancer is malignant?? not sure what your question means...
